Shipping Policy

This policy applies to Beyond Homelands apparel and fine art prints, including framed and unframed artwork.

Shipping destinations

Available delivery destinations depend on the product and the fulfilment service. Shipping availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Production and order processing

Many of our products are made to order. Production and preparation take place before dispatch and are separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Processing times vary by product, availability and framing option. Please refer to the product page and checkout for the estimated processing or delivery timeframe applicable to your purchase.

For pre-orders, the expected dispatch period will be specified in the offer.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, shipping method and product ordered.

Where production and transit estimates are shown separately, both periods should be considered when estimating the arrival of your order.

Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Production issues, public holidays, carrier disruptions or customs checks may cause delays. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning delivery.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and depend on the delivery address, products and shipping method selected.

Free shipping applies only where expressly offered for the relevant product, destination or qualifying order. Any minimum spend or other conditions will be stated in the offer.

Free shipping does not automatically include express delivery or import charges.

Fulfilment and separate parcels

We work with production and fulfilment partners. The dispatch location may vary by product and destination.

Apparel and artwork, or different items within the same order, may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. Separate tracking details may be provided for each parcel.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address used for your order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import charges.

Taxes and duties collected at checkout will be shown in the order total. Additional import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees may be payable by the recipient where applicable and not already included.

Mandatory consumer rights and disclosure requirements remain unaffected.

Delivery address and changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact info@beyondhomelands.com promptly. We will try to assist, but address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, contact us to discuss the available options. Any applicable redelivery costs will be explained before arrangements are made.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact info@beyondhomelands.com with your order number.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, check with other members of your household and any designated delivery location, then contact us for assistance.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the product and packaging and provide photographs where possible. We will coordinate an investigation and the appropriate remedy with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

We aim to respond to shipping enquiries within 2 business days. Carrier investigations may take longer; we will provide updates as information becomes available.

You are not required to resolve a delivery problem with the carrier alone. Nothing in this policy excludes our responsibilities or your statutory rights.
